A Little Background

Well, my blog. Blog, blog, blog.

I don’t really know what to say.

I’m 15, born in London, and I’m Chinese. That pretty much covers quite a lot of it. This blog probably is one of those random blogs that just focuses on me, my life, my thoughts, though I could move onto something else, like politics. Saying that, I’m probably lying and it’ll probably be completely policitics, China, games or technology orientated by tommorow (or next post in this case, considering it’s still about 12:30am Monday night/Tuesday morning). Difference is, it’s all taken through a British Born Chinese point of view, and that makes it different how? Not sure, but you’ll work it out eventually.

So that’s me in a nutshell really, just bear it in mind when you read my blog.

  1. You’re only 15 and a BBC (I’m also a BBC but much older!) and you already know a lot about China/Chinese in general and a lot of stuff about society! Pretty impressive. I must say you have a lot of blogs that interests me and reflect what goes through my mind too as a BBC. Well done keep it up!

  2. Thanks Kh.

In all honesty, I began looking up Chinese and such not so long ago. Mainly it’s down to the fact I’m actually in public schooling and everything does get quite “racial” these days. I did feel like I didn’t have an identity at one point, because I was born here, my parents are from Mauritius etc. It wasn’t until I started learning about everything Chinese that I did actually realise that I/my family did share a lot, I just had not realised it.

I do plan to stay around and keep blogging, so stick around, because I’m not going anywhere fast.
